Pork Homemade Shake and Bake mix

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread crumbs homemade or store bought
  • 4 tbsp cornmeal
  • 4 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 TSP ONION POWDER

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Use 1/4 cup per pork chop.

  2. Store in the pantry in an air tight jar.
