A healthy refreshing drink instead of having soda pop
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Cover and shake.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours, but 8 hours or overnight makes it much better.
Shake well, and pour out through a sieve to strain out any bits of ginger.
Drink as is, or add seltzer to make it fizzy.
Will keep refrigerated up to 3 days.
