A crunchy outside sweet inside apple dessert
Heat oil in a deep skillet, like a cast iron chicken fryer.
Mix all the glaze ingredients together, using a bit more milk if too thick, or adding more sugar is it's too thin. Using a set of tongs, dip each fritter in the glaze, flip to coat the other side, and then back onto the wire rack for the glaze to harden.
Makes twelve fritters. Great with coffee, vanilla ice cream or on their own!
